Managed Services Operations Lead - FinOps

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for Cloud FinOps Engineers supporting client
• Act as principal engineer for high-complexity client situations requiring advanced cloud
• Lead the development, design, and implementation of complex, mission-critical, enterprise-grade
• Ensure FinOps services and deliverables are provided on time and at the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and innovation plans for supported FinOps solutions and
• Establish project estimates and plans, identify risks and mitigations, and oversee the development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, finance, business, or a related
• 10+ years of information technology experience, including 5+ years focused on FinOps, cloud cost
• 5+ years in a customer-facing, stakeholder-facing, consulting, or service delivery role with
• 2+ years using and administering FinOps and cloud management platforms such as Harness CCM
• Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, or operating large-scale, multi-account
• Subject matter expertise in at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with
