Management Accountant

📋 Description

• provide accurate and timely management reporting, analysis and financial advice
• help leaders understand financial performance, including key trends, drivers, variances, risks and
• lead budgeting and forecasting for the business areas you support
• provide constructive commercial challenge to strengthen OPEX and CAPEX plans
• support regulatory information disclosure, audit and financial accounting requirements
• lead improvements to financial systems, reporting tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• experience in a similar finance or management accounting role
• a strong understanding of management, financial, regulatory and tax reporting
• sound knowledge of relevant accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS
• strong planning and organisational skills
• experience leading and supporting others, particularly when priorities are competing
• a practical approach to continuous improvement, including simplifying processes and improving
