📋 Description

• Deliver client assignments that meet or exceed expectations, ensuring value-added outcomes
• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process
• Partner with clients to optimise finance processes through solutions such as RPA, AI-enabled
• Manage project governance, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring appropriate oversight
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders while contributing to business development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering finance transformation projects within financial services
• Strong understanding of finance operating models, accounting principles, and regulatory impacts
• Experience with process automation technologies and optimisation methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage approved AI tools to
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with an interest in responsible
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) - bonus
