📋 Description

• Support enterprise and operational risk transformation projects, leveraging AI-enabled analysis
• Document, assess, and enhance risk processes and controls across the first and second lines of
• Contribute to market abuse and trade surveillance initiatives by reviewing controls, detection
• Support AI model tuning and optimisation activities within surveillance environments, ensuring
• Engage stakeholders across business, technology, compliance, and risk functions to deliver

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in enterprise or operational risk, ideally within financial services.
• Strong understanding of market abuse regulation and trade surveillance frameworks.
• Awareness or practical experience of AI and machine learning applications within risk or
• Experience documenting end-to-end processes, identifying risk and control gaps, and using approved
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex
