Management Trainee - Accounts and Finance

📋 Description

• Manage customer invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure timely recording and allocation of customer receipts.
• Review aging reports and identify overdue balances.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice-related issues.
• Follow up with customers for timely collection of outstanding payments.

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – freshly qualified up to one year of experience.
• Strong academic background with sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles and project accounting concepts preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Sage X3 or similar is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
