📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a team of Senior Project Managers for delivery excellence.
• Own delivery quality across the team's portfolio; track health and blockers.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and TAM for seamless handoffs and great CX.
• Build relationships with sales and pre-sales across North America to grow pipeline.
• Engage directly with customers to champion services and surface opportunities.
• Improve delivery frameworks, tooling, and playbooks to scale with quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of people management experience in delivery roles.
• Deep experience leading enterprise SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong scope, risk, stakeholder alignment, and proactive communication.
• Outstanding skills presenting to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience planning and scoping deals in a pre-sales capacity.
• Able to travel up to 30% across North America.
