Manager, Accounts Payable

📋 Description

• Run end-to-end AP — intake/entry (PO & non-PO), 2/3-way matching, payment runs, aging —
• Manage AP Specialists' priorities and workload; drive growth through 1:1s, feedback, performance
• Track AP metrics (on-time rate, cycle time, match rate, aged backlog); use data to fix root causes
• Resolve vendor/payment disputes; partner with Supply Chain, Plant Controllers, and Receiving on PO
• Drive automation/AI use cases in invoice processing; partner with Systems/Data to build and adopt

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in accounting or finance-related fields
• 6+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting operations experience in a fast-paced and high-volume
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process, including PO and non-PO
• Proven track record of managing AP performance metrics and driving measurable improvements in
• Experience implementing AP automation, OCR, or AI-enabled invoice processing tools
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), and invoice automation or
