📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Ad Operations Specialists, establishing a culture of
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, troubleshooting, pacing, and delivery across programmatic
• Guide the team’s evolution from manual campaign execution toward a more automated and

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, campaign management, ad operations, or a
• Demonstrate direct people management experience, ideally leading teams responsible for campaign
• Have hands-on experience optimizing or trading programmatic campaigns, including pacing
• Possess a strong technical understanding of DSP workflows, campaign setup, bidding dynamics
• Demonstrate a track record of identifying process improvements and helping implement scalable
