📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Professional Services Engineers and Architects, including
• Set regional priorities and execute against APS objectives, translating strategy into clear
• Oversee delivery health across EMEA engagements by prioritising customer demand, allocating
• Build and maintain strong relationships across Client Services, Sales, Account Management, Product
• Partner with Sales and commercial operations to scope opportunities, validate engagement scope
• Champion customer needs for complex solutions, including escalations, risks, opportunities, product

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in professional services, technical consulting, solutions
• 4+ years of people-management experience leading distributed, cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to scale impact across multiple engagements.
• Exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated leader with strong analytical
• Broad technical expertise, including Cloud computing and Internet architecture, and bootstrapped
• Demonstrated success managing complex customer relationships, competing priorities, and alignment
