Lead accounting and process team
Ensure accuracy and timely close reporting and analysis in accordance with policies
Ensure internal controls and compliance are in place
Identify opportunities to automate finance processes
Leverage AI / workflow/ RPA tools etc.
Act as bridge between Finance and IT/digital teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Data Analytics
8+ years in Controlling / Finance analytics/ Consulting
Experience in using GAI/ Copilot, RPA, automation tools in finance
Experience in Finance transformation, Process Optimization and Project Management
Experience working with ERP (SAP / Oracle)
Strong Excel/ Power BI / Data visualization
