📋 Description

• Build and lead APAC Recruiting operations, creating scalable processes and infrastructure across
• Manage a team of APAC-based recruiters responsible for all functions (G&A/Core Functions, GTM
• Partner closely with the Head of International Recruiting and APAC regional/country leads to
• Navigate complex and varied regulatory environments across the region, ensuring full compliance
• Serve as a cultural ambassador, bridging US headquarters with APAC offices and facilitating
• Drive senior-level searches including regional 'Head of' positions and other leadership roles

🎯 Requirements

• Have 10+ years of recruiting experience with at least 4+ years leading recruiting teams, preferably
• Have proven experience building recruiting functions from the ground up in new APAC geographic
• Demonstrate expertise across all recruiting domains (G&A, GTM, Tech) with the ability to
• Have a strong understanding of employment law, data privacy, compliance requirements and local
• Excel at managing and collaborating across time zones with exceptional cross-cultural communication
• Can operate strategically at leadership level while maintaining the ability to execute hands-on
