Manager, Business Enablement, Commercial Controllership Finance

📋 Description

• Manage the commercial investment optimization program, including quarterly steering committee
• Drive program adoption and partner with procurement and finance teams to improve visibility
• Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to deliver complete, accurate, and timely monthly demand
• Coordinate monthly demand uncertainty assessments and commentary with U.S. therapeutic area finance
• Lead the annual minimum–maximum planning process with U.S. and international therapeutic area teams
• Lead commercially sponsored initiatives and ad hoc projects, coordinating cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• MBA is a plus
• 7+ years of progressive, relevant experience
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, with an interest in improving how they work
• Strong project management and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders
