📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Business Enablement team, establishing priorities, organizing work, and
• Develop and execute operational plans that support broader business strategies, while evaluating
• Lead cross-functional initiatives designed to streamline operations, strengthen workflows, and
• Develop, implement, and enhance tools, workflows, and systems that increase organizational
• Analyze operational and business performance data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and
• Identify operational gaps, recommend process improvements, and help ensure business processes align

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of progressively responsible experience in operations
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and developing employees toward
• Strong understanding of operational planning, process improvement, business performance analysis
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, interpret business performance, and translate findings into
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability
• Ability to build an engaging, inclusive, and transparent team environment while providing
