📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce Admins, Developers, and contributors across GTM stacks.
• Design/configure Salesforce capabilities (Flows, Apex, LWC, CPQ, data modeling).
• Set standards for architecture, integration, data governance, and security.
• Partner with Director of Business Ops to define Salesforce vision and roadmap.
• Translate goals into actionable system initiatives; prioritize with MoSCoW/RICE.
• Maintain predictable workflows with intake, triage, sprint planning, and release controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Salesforce admin/development in SaaS or tech.
• 2+ years people leadership (admins, devs, etc).
• Strong hands-on with core Salesforce (Flows, Apex, LWC), data modeling, security.
• Working understanding of integration patterns/tools (Workato, APIs, HubSpot).
• Prioritization skills with predictable delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience using AI tools to improve design/docs/analysis.
