Manager, Business Systems - IT Warehousing Capabilities

📋 Description

• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures
• Capability strategy and roadmap: Define and maintain the multi-year warehousing technology roadmap
• Business partnership: Serve as the primary technology partner for Warehousing capabilities.
• Solution ownership: Govern the lifecycle of SAP WM, SAP EWM, inventory management, RF/mobile
• Delivery leadership: Lead cross-functional programs and product teams through discovery, design
• Operational excellence: Establish service performance expectations and oversee incidents, problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 7 years of relevant
• Experience leading business systems, digital products, and technology capabilities in warehousing
• Working knowledge of IT warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, replenishment, internal
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-site technology programs and managing solution
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or people-leadership experience, including coaching, performance
• Ability to translate technical capabilities and operational data into clear business outcomes
