📋 Description

• Serve as primary or backup execution support on a subset of Upgrade's lending products, partnering
• Own the day to day mechanics of deal execution: allocation reports, purchase confirmations, loan
• Support warehouse and ABS reporting as a backup owner — covenant monitoring, borrowing base
• Review and help negotiate legal documentation for structured finance transactions (purchase
• Analyze collateral performance using Excel, SQL, and Tableau to support pricing, structuring, and
• Coordinate with Institutional Sale and Investor Ops stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for

🎯 Requirements

• 4 + years of experience in capital markets, asset-backed finance, or a related consumer lending
• Familiarity with consumer lending and credit underwriting, and asset-based/structured finance more
• Proficient in Excel; SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus
• Execution-oriented — comfortable owning deliverables and deadlines on live transactions in a
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to work directly with external
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong client service skills
