Manager, Care Operations

📋 Description

• Coordinate workforce management for pro phone teams with vendor and Angi leadership
• Lead a small team to support forecasting, reporting, and vendor communication
• Develop monthly staffing forecasts from finance projections and volume trends
• Become expert in AI-enabled tools and platforms to optimize call efficiency and KPIs
• Serve as escalation point to resolve production challenges impacting KPIs
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive improvements with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2–4 years in operations/strategy with measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with operations, process optimization, and PM
• Experience with Looker or Tableau BI tools
• Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams
• Comfort using AI tools to improve operations
