• Oversee client funds accounting activities across the full client portfolio, assessing financial
• Advise Client Funds Accounting team members on bank files, reconciliation issues, and corrective
• Directly manage, coach, and counsel Client Funds Analysts, fostering a collaborative, accountable
• Analyze client balances and cash positions at a portfolio level to identify potential risks
• Review outstanding aging issues and escalations to ensure risks are addressed promptly and
• Review and approve daily and weekly reconciliations for payroll and tax accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll services, banking operations, client funds accounting, or a
• 3+ years of supervisory or people-management experience, with demonstrated ability to coach
• Strong understanding of reconciliation, cash management, financial controls, risk assessment, and
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial situations, identify potential risks, and
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment, with the ability to anticipate issues and act
