Manager, Clinical Trial Management

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and mentor CTMs and PCTMs to quality standards
• Collaborate with Ops and other teams to improve CTM standards and KPIs
• Manage resources and ensure CTM allocations with the Resourcing team
• Develop action plans and strategic oversight to optimize CTM services
• Provide ongoing feedback to manage performance of direct reports
• Ensure CTMs have resources, training, and system access

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent in a scientific/health field
• 5+ years in clinical research with pharma or CRO operations
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical development process
