Manager, Commercial Operations

📋 Description

• Own order management and automate the intake, review, and processing of quotes, order forms, and
• Design, instrument, and improve the quote-to-order flow and exception routing
• Own the quoting and order management system build, including requirements, validation logic, and UAT
• Partner with Accounting to ensure a clean handoff into billing and revenue recognition
• Build quality controls and automated reconciliation to prevent incorrect orders
• Own the field experience of transacting, reducing steps and cycle times

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in commercial operations, deal desk, order management, sales operations, or revenue
• Proven track record of building and automating processes with measured results
• Hands-on depth in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, including configuration and testing
• Technical range: flows, validation logic, API-based and marketplace integrations, scripting or SQL
• Experience with usage-based/consumption-based contracts (metering, commits, overages)
• Experience operating across a shared quote-to-cash process
