Manager, Communications & Engagement (Remote)

📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders and their teams to shape and deliver clear, consistent internal
• Draft executive communications, talking points, presentations, and remarks for Daily Briefing, all
• Support leaders through organizational changes, strategic announcements, and other high-visibility
• Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business to anticipate communications needs
• Partner with key functions like HR to write and distribute employee-facing communications
• Draft and edit internal distributions, potential intranet content, and company-wide announcements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field, or equivalent working experience
• 7+ years in a role focused on review generation, customer marketing, or reputation management, with
• Proven track record building communications strategies and executing against plan
• Familiarity with Zoom, Zoom Webinar is a plus
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office
• Experience with internal communications tools (intranet platforms, email/newsletter tools, etc.) is
