Manager, Compensation & Equity

📋 Description

• Lead compensation processes across offers, promotions, job changes, market pricing, and pay
• Effectively translate CLEAR’s compensation philosophy to employees, managers, and leaders
• Own equity administration in partnership with Fidelity, Finance, Legal, and payroll, including
• Administer our compensation cycles, including promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and equity
• Leverage and introduce AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve compensation analysis, market
• Maintain Workday compensation configuration and data integrity, including grades, grade profiles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive broad-based compensation experience, including equity administration and
• Deep knowledge of market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, incentive compensation, and
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills and experience with HRIS and equity platforms
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline compensation processes, improve
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive compensation and
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for People Partners, leaders, and
