Supervise and develop junior compliance team members across CMS activities.
Act as primary compliance contact among Gemini dept heads and partners.
Drive remediation and testing plans for issues and findings; root cause analysis.
Review marketing materials and customer communications for compliance.
Lead the design of risk assessment frameworks for regulatory risk.
Provide practical, risk-based guidance on laws and controls.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
6+ years in regulated financial services, fintech, banking, lending, or credit card compliance.
Strong knowledge of lending products and key regs (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, FCRA).
Strong PM, time mgmt, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Product, Operations, and Risk.
