Manager, Compliance (Governance)

📋 Description

• Oversee and mature the governance framework (policies, committees, escalations)
• Prepare materials and reporting for compliance and risk governance committees
• Lead annual AML and Sanctions Risk Assessment with control owners
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to enhance governance reporting
• Support day-to-day governance program and track remediation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve regulatory inquiries and exams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree a plus
• 6+ years in compliance, incl. complaints handling and testing
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
• Willingness to use AI tools with sensitive data
• Experience with digital asset compliance or GRC tooling
