Manager, Cross-Border & FX Payments

📋 Description

• Own cross-border payments and FX strategy execution with clear KPIs and outcomes
• Drive growth in FX revenue, payment volume, customer adoption, and revenue per customer
• Develop commercialization initiatives with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Optimize FX pricing and unit economics through data analysis and partner management
• Shape product roadmap as payments SME, partnering with Product and Engineering
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and manage partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in cross-border payments, FX, treasury, or fintech
• Deep understanding of international payment flows and correspondent banking
• Strong knowledge of FX pricing, liquidity, hedging, and procurement
• Experience commercializing payments or FX products
• Commercial mindset with revenue target ownership and business analysis
• Strong cross-functional leadership and regulatory awareness
