• Lead the design and launch of NIQ's Manager Development Program, building a scalable experience
• Digitize and update NIQ's development programs, turning existing high-touch content into modern
• Review the current development and culture portfolio and recommend what to scale, redesign
• Manage NIQ's Senior Leadership Program, including the participant experience, program operations
• Bring NIQ's culture manifesto to life, translating it into practical tools, manager guides
• Facilitate and deliver culture and development programs, pilots, and working sessions, adapting to

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing leadership, manager, learning, talent development, or culture programs
• Proven experience designing, launching, or scaling manager development programs that build core
• Experience managing senior leadership development programs and external partners; experience with
• Experience converting high-touch or facilitated programs into scalable digital, blended, or
• Strong facilitation and delivery skills, with experience leading virtual or in-person sessions for
• Strong product mindset, including user discovery, problem definition, prioritization, prototyping
