Manager, Customer Operations Communications & Employee Engagement

📋 Description

• Build a working knowledge of Customer Operations, the Allergan Aesthetics product portfolio, and
• Develop and execute communications plans for Customer Operations programs, milestones, and
• Translate complex operational information into clear, relevant, and actionable communications.
• Proactively build relationships with project teams and subject-matter experts; embed within
• Develop a working understanding of order management, distribution, and related processes
• Develop and manage communications for operational initiatives, recurring business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, employee engagement, change management
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, proactively identify business needs, provide clear
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an embedded business-partner model, building a strong
• Experience developing employee communications and engagement campaigns that build connection
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex operational processes and translate
