📋 Description

• Lead the CS strategy aligned with the company's goals
• Define clear goals, metrics, and KPIs to lift performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to unify the customer ecosystem
• Mentor the CS team with tailored development plans and reviews
• Foster a customer-centric culture and the Docebo Heart
• Build strategic relationships with key customers as executive advisor

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years leading customer-facing teams in a fast-paced B2B setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proven track record of helping customers achieve goals and upsell
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to stay calm under high volume or high pressure situations
• Autonomous, self-driven, collaborative problem solver
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers
