Manager, CX AI Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead the CX AI strategy and execution for Brex's AI CX platform.
• Own internal AI tools to boost CX productivity.
• Partner with Product, Eng, Data to shape the AI roadmap.
• Define success metrics for AI performance and adoption.
• Build scalable AI systems across chat, voice, and email.
• Mentor and grow a team of AI/CX professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in CX strategy, AI operations, or related field.
• 1+ year leading a team of 4+ ICs.
• Proven experience owning AI or automation initiatives in support.
• Product-minded builder who ships without waiting for a product team.
• Strong analytical skills; interpret AI metrics and data.
• Technical fluency with AI-enabled CX platforms.
• Clear, direct communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with CX, Product, Eng, Data.
