📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a Cyber Risk Advisors team, driving high performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and reviews.
• Oversee workload distribution to ensure coverage and quality.
• Escalation point for complex issues; partner with Director on hiring.
• Drive skill gap analysis and targeted development initiatives.
• Serve as senior Cyber Risk Advisor, guiding remediation and risk decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, with 1–2 years in team lead or management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams in a managed service.
• Deep knowledge of vulnerability management, attack surface reduction, and NIST/CIS/ISO/MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts: routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, remote access.
• Hands-on with EASM/IASM tools, vulnerability scanners (Tenable/Qualys), and remediation workflows.
• Exceptional communication and advisory skills; able to present to executives and technical teams.
