🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams with a track record of coaching and mentoring
• Strong hands-on background in data engineering, including ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines
• Professional proficiency in Python for large-scale data processing and pipeline development.
• Strong knowledge of data cloud technologies, streaming systems (e.g., Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Kafka)
• Demonstrated experience or interest in working with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted coding
• Proactive problem-solving approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
