• Lead and mentor the Service Delivery Team to deliver deployments.
• Guide customers through onboarding, configuration, training, and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a services environment.
• Specialised knowledge in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS.
• Strong project management skills with tracking and governance.
• Technical acumen: basic networking and troubleshooting of mobile apps.
• Willingness to travel ~40% within the UK and Ireland, with occasional international travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
