Manager, Development

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day development activities for assigned green hydrogen, blue hydrogen, e-Fuel, and
• Manage project schedules, action items, milestones, budgets, and development workplans to ensure
• Coordinate key project workstreams, including site control, permitting, environmental studies
• Support evaluation of technical and commercial pathways for hydrogen production and emissions
• Support customer engagement activities, including the development of proposals, project concepts
• Manage external consultants, engineering firms, permitting specialists, environmental advisors

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of project development experience within the energy, natural gas, industrial
• Experience supporting or leading the development of natural gas, blue hydrogen, carbon capture and
• Demonstrated understanding of project development processes, including permitting, site selection
• Familiarity with carbon intensity, emissions accounting, carbon capture performance, CO2 storage or
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, environmental
