📋 Description

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of DevSecOps, Application Security and Security Engineering
• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for DevSecOps and application security capabilities.
• Establish measurable objectives, KPIs and maturity goals aligned with business priorities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous learning and engineering excellence.
• Manage team planning, budgeting, hiring and performance management activities.
• Drive the adoption of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices across engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading DevSecOps and Application Security teams.
• Deep expertise in Cloud security (AWS, GCP or Azure) and Kubernetes security.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools (CI/CD integration, SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC
• Experience establishing SSDLC and secure design processes (threat modeling, security reviews).
• Ability to manage team planning, budgeting, hiring and performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with engineering and senior leadership.
