Manager, Electrical Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead electrical engineering design for new data centers and expansions.
• Manage design/implementation of substations, MV/LV, generators, UPS, and fire systems.
• Establish and improve electrical engineering standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure planning.
• Review design drawings, specs, calculations, and shop submissions.
• Partner with third-party firms to meet BoD requirements and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical infrastructure for data centers or similar.
• Strong knowledge of substations, switchgear, generators, UPS, battery storage.
• Experience with large-scale data centers and cloud deployments.
• Familiar with EPMS/SCADA systems and monitoring protocols.
• Proven experience managing projects through design, construction, commissioning.
