📋 Description

• Prioritize, schedule, and ship features with engineers, design, and product
• Define and execute the team’s long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap
• Coordinate with other teams to understand requirements and opportunities
• Mentor engineers to grow skills and foster technical excellence
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team
• Drive technical decision-making and cross-team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer on production web apps
• Minimum of 1 year leading an engineering team
• Proven ability to prioritize, craft, and achieve plans
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• High levels of empathy and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of core web technologies: data structures, data stores, algorithms, distributed systems
