📋 Description

• Lead and manage a Managed Services Engineering team, ensuring service, operational, customer
• Own delivery of one or more managed services and act as the product owner for assigned services and
• Align engineering teams with broader service strategies and coordinate effectively with product
• Manage customer relationships through regular business reviews, sales opportunities, service
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address service issues, risks, and
• Prioritize workloads, allocate engineering resources, review service desk queues, and maintain

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of related consulting or
• Previous leadership experience within consulting, managed services, or IT services delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing mainframe environments, including IBM CICS, DB2, MQ, IDMS, and
• Strong understanding of mainframe capacity planning, performance tuning, workload automation, and
• Experience with ITIL principles and process management or continuous improvement methodologies.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $120,000–$177,100, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
• Annual bonus target of 20%, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions.
