📋 Description

• Lead engineers building cloud-native SaaS for marinas worldwide.
• Define and execute a product-aligned engineering strategy for Marine.
• Stay hands-on: code, review designs, and provide architectural input.
• Translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps with KPIs.
• Oversee design, development, and scaling of mission-critical apps.
• Drive modernization to distributed architectures with AI tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software engineering, including managing teams.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-based SaaS at scale.
• Hands-on Node.js and React (TypeScript/JavaScript) with architecture review.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI workflows.
• Strong communication across functions; AWS, scalable infra, security, Agile.
