📋 Description

• Define and execute engineering strategy for the RV/Camping (Newbook) platform.
• Lead and grow a ~10-engineer team with coaching and career development.
• Stay hands-on with code, architectures, and design reviews.
• Translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps with KPIs.
• Oversee cloud-native apps serving global outdoor hospitality customers.
• Ensure stability, scalability, performance, and security; partner with DevOps on reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including people leadership.
• Proven SaaS delivery at scale in fast-paced environments.
• Deep hands-on PHP and React (TypeScript/JavaScript) with code review ability.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to cloud-native, service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with Agile/Lean development and strong cross-functional communication.
