📋 Description

• Own the Salesforce program strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
• Act as a primary technology partner for functional and program leadership
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans, Statements of Work, vendor relationships, licensing
• Lead major enterprise application projects, including Salesforce configuration, integrations, and
• Provide technical oversight by partnering with developers, administrators, engineers, and architects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant professional experience, a Master’s degree with 6 years
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or multi-sector applications used across multiple
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technology initiatives
• Proven project, program, portfolio, or product management experience
• Experience managing or implementing Salesforce or comparable CRM and business development platforms
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
