Manager, Environmental, Health and Safety

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures, standards, and objectives for warehouse
• Provide EHS guidance during warehouse planning, process changes, equipment installations, layout
• Establish annual EHS goals, performance metrics, action plans, and improvement priorities. Analyze
• Promote a proactive safety culture based on employee engagement, hazard prevention, accountability
• Conduct and oversee job hazard analyses, risk assessments, ergonomic evaluations, industrial
• Manage environmental programs applicable to warehouse operations, including hazardous waste

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (EHS related, Engineering) plus 5+ years of EHS related experience or master’s
• Working experience in implementing EHS regulations, conducting incident investigations, interacting
• Ability to establish measurable project goals and implementation plans, balance conflicting work
• Ability to develop standards and/or policies that meet business objectives.
• Ability to actively listen, build and maintain effective working relationships with
• Ability to success manage projects and programs independently.
