Manager, Equity Compensation

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans and grants.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Ops, Tax, and Legal.
• Evolve the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP) with stakeholders.
• Automate workstreams to improve equity data processing.
• Coordinate reporting of stock compensation for domestic and international staff.
• Act as liaison on 10b5-1 trading plans and related transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in Stock Administration with public company experience.
• Proficient in Excel; interest in automation and AI.
• Comprehensive knowledge of equity awards (options, RSUs, PSUs).
• Understanding of accounting standards for equity compensation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication across levels.
