Manager, Equity Compensation

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end equity plan administration with grants, exercises, releases.
• Partner on the evolution of the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP).
• Implement best practices with controls and automated workflows for equity data.
• Coordinate reporting of stock compensation for income purposes, domestic and international.
• Liaise between officers, employees and brokers for 10b5-1 trading plans.
• Prepare Forms 3 and 4 for officer and director transactions in SEC filings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 7+ years experience in Stock Administration in a public company.
• Excel proficiency and interest in automation and artificial intelligence initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards and programs.
• Understanding of accounting standards related to equity compensation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with all levels of employees and partners.
