Manager, Equity Compensation

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans (grants, exercises, reconciliations).
• Partner with stakeholders on evolution of the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP).
• Implement best practices and automate equity data processing.
• Coordinate reporting of stock compensation domestically and internationally.
• Liaise between officers, employees and brokers for 10b5-1 plans.
• Prepare Forms 3 and 4 for SEC officer/director transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in Stock Administration (public company).
• Excellent Excel skills; interest in automation and AI.
• Deep knowledge of equity awards (options, RSUs, PSUs).
• Understanding of accounting standards for equity compensation.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.
