Manager, Equity Compensation

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans (XSP, stock options, RSUs).
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Ops, Tax, and Legal.
• Implement controls and automate equity data workflows.
• Coordinate domestic and international stock compensation reporting.
• Support 10b5-1 trading plans and SEC filing readiness.
• Prepare Forms 3 and 4 for officer/director transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 7+ years stock administration experience in a public company.
• Strong Excel skills; interest in automation and AI initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of equity awards and programs.
• Understanding of accounting standards for equity compensation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
