Manager, FCC Monitoring & Testing, APAC

📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategic development, execution, and continuous evolution of Airwallex's Global
• Design comprehensive testing frameworks to validate core compliance controls across customer
• Oversee the ongoing FCC monitoring program for APAC (excluding China and Hong Kong), including
• Advance the transition from sample reviews toward data-enabled assurance by leveraging data
• Oversee independent validation of system-encoded controls, including transaction monitoring
• Translate testing outcomes into clear reporting for executive leadership and governance forums.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Information Systems, Business Administration, or
• CAMS certification or ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in FCC quality assurance, compliance monitoring, internal audit, or related
• Strong knowledge of financial crime controls (transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, CDD
• Mastery of risk-based testing methodologies (scoping, sampling, effectiveness assessments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
