🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or regional marketing enterprise technology or SaaS.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, with a track record of leading and developing
• Strong executive presence with experience building trusted, peer-level relationships with senior
• Highly collaborative, with a natural ability to align multiple marketing functions and stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing field marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
• Comfortable stepping into an established team and programme mid-flight, building context quickly
