Manager, Field Tools & Analytics - Oncology

📋 Description

• Execute the day-to-day operational execution of the field tools strategy set by the Associate
• Manage the support team and execute communications to field and home office colleagues.
• Act as the primary operational liaison between Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, IT
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and day-to-day point of contact for Oncology field tools, supporting
• Execute weekly/monthly tool updates and partner with Targeting, IC Teams, and development teams on
• Partner with business stakeholders to review, discuss, and action system enhancement and process

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, marketing/sales operations, or information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations, and standards.
• Salesforce/Veeva CRM Proficiency - hands-on system administration and support experience.
• Data Analytics Tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) - hands-on report/dashboard building.
