Manager, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports, setting priorities, managing workloads, and
• Own the systems roadmap across our financial applications ecosystem, scoping initiatives and
• Drive implementations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance across platforms — including SOX
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, AP, Procurement, Controls, Data Analytics, and IT to

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, including 3+ years leading a team or function, with a
• Hands-on experience administering financial systems — managing configurations, integrations, and
• Demonstrated ability to manage service delivery across competing priorities, keeping partners
• Experience leading people through ambiguity: setting direction, delegating clearly, and building a
• Proven ability to drive alignment across Finance, Engineering, and IT partners on system decisions
