Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Provide analytical support and insight to operational leadership across the company.
• Ownership of headcount tracking, reporting, and analysis company wide.
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling six-quarter forecasts; and
• Facilitate financial reviews with business partners to provide decision support, budget-to-actual
• Represent finance on cross-functional teams supporting company-wide initiatives. Provide ownership
• Support sales/revenue forecasting, metrics, reporting and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a similar analytical/reporting role.
• Expertise in creating and updating complex three statement long-term financial models.
• Strong Excel user with proficiency in advanced data/financial operations.
• Experience with NetSuite and forecasting/budgeting tools such as Vena or Adaptive.
• Experience with CRM & analytical tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or other
• Financial and business acumen to see and communicate the “what” and “why” behind the numbers, and
